Very prevalent in todays game. Players only focused on the physical part. How hard can I hit, throw, run….. Scouts, how hard can they hit, throw , run, what do they look like. Instead, how can you maximize in all areas to be the best player possible. This game is mostly mental. How can you deal with the failures, struggles, tough times, How well can you compete & be fearless each time you step on the field. That is how you become a goat like Brady. The 6th, 7th, & 8th tools that go overlooked so many times. The greatest compliment you can get is that dude was a BALL PLAYER….
